Eyebrows - Description of services
Why Eyebrows?
BROWS ARE THE MOST EXPRESSIVE FACIAL FEATURE AND ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN REPRESENTING YOU.
THEY CAN MAKE YOU LOOK MAD, SAD, SURPRISED, EVIL, AND OLDER IF THE DESIGN IS WRONG.
YOU ARE A CANDIDATE FOR PERMANENT BROW DESIGN IF:
- Your brows are sparse due to over-tweezing or have a medical condition.
- You have little or no eyebrow hair.
- You have difficulty applying brow pencil due to poor eyesight, lack of artistic ability or shaky hands.
- Your drawn-on design takes a long time to apply and wears off during activity and sweating.
- Your brows grow in an abnormal pattern and does not flatter your bone structure and facial shape.
Prior to application, a full consultation is done so your needs are satisfied.
Designs are applied with a pencil for the client's approval, then the procedure begins. Great efforts are put forward to keep discomfort at a minimal level. At most, the procedure can best be described as "uncomfortable." The template is maintained during the application so that the design will be protected during application and topical anesthesia is used during the application for numbing affects.
WE USE A COMPLETELY DISPOSABLE METHOD - ALL ITEMS USED ON ONE CLIENT ARE DISPOSED OF AND NEVER USED ON ANOTHER.
When the permanent eyebrow procedure has been completed, aftercare instructions are always provided and a copy is given to each client. A follow up appointment is normally scheduled in two to four weeks to determine how the eyebrow procedure healed and if any further work is needed. The follow-up appointment is of no expense to the client.

EyeLiner - Description of services
Why Eye Liner?
THE PURPOSE OF EYELINER IS TO:
- Make the lashes look fuller from the front and longer from the side view
- Distinctively frame the eye
- Create color contrast (making the white look whiter and the color look more vivid)
WE BELIEVE THAT PERMANENT EYELINER SHOULD BE STANDARD EQUIPMENT FOR EVERY FEMALE OVER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS OF AGE. IT DELIVERS THEM FREE FROM EYELINER PENCILS AND GIVE WOMEN FREEDOM TO SWIM, RUN, JOG, PLAY TENNIS, ETC. WITHOUT THE FEAR OF LOSING THEIR EYELINER.
YOU MAY NEED PERMANENT EYELINER IF:
- Your eyeliner smudges and wears off during the day
- You are allergic to conventional cosmetics or your job requires you to be make-up free
- You have shaky hands or poor eyesight and cannot apply your eyeliner
- You have trouble getting it on straight
With permanent eyeliner, you will wake up, shower, exercise, work, swim, and go to bed always looking your best. No more tattle tale eyeliner smear or smudge during the day, no more concerns when participating in sports activities and best, your appearance remains consistently fresh appearing throughout the day and night.
Perfect Touch uses a pre-procedure anesthetic, some technicians do not. Most clients experience a "tickling sensation, itching sensation" and a vibration during the procedure.

Lip Liner / Lip Color - Description of services
Why Lip Liner / Lip Color?
A natural appearing permanent cosmetic lip liner can be applied to give more definition, correct uneven lips, which will give the lips a fuller appearance. The procedure also helps prevent lipstick from bleeding and can minimize the appearance of wrinkles.
Full lip color can be applied in either a natural hue or a more vivid one. Wear your permanent lip color alone in a natural tone or apply different shades of lipstick over your permanent lip color for those occasions when you prefer a more dramatic look. You will find that the color lasts much longer when applied over permanent cosmetic lip color than it did to a bare lip.
Because the coloring and shape of the natural lip is unpredictable, a consultation is conducted to determine your expectations concerning shape, color etc.
It is required that all lip color clients acquire a prescription for medication for the prevention of fever blisters that most of the time follow lip color applications. When your appointment is made, this will be discussed more in depth.
If you and the consulting technician have agreed to go forward and schedule an appointment, the technician may suggest the timing does not coincide with any important events. Lips appear very vibrant for a few days after the initial procedure and dryness associated with the healing process requires the application of a moisturizing product. Swelling may be present for a few days post-op.
The process – We always use topical anesthetic, some technicians do not. If you are working with an SPCP member technician, the anesthetic is likely to be supplied by an SPCP supplier member who ensures anesthetic OTC contents levels are well within the limits of the law. The same would apply to anesthetics used during the permanent cosmetic lip procedure.
Aftercare instructions are always provided and a copy of the instructions is given the client.
A follow up appointment is normally scheduled in three to six weeks to determine how the lip tattoo procedure healed and if any further work is needed. Usually more than one visit is required.
Nipple Areola - Description of services
Why Nipple Areola?
Nipple Areola Re-coloration is often desired by women after undergoing breast reconstruction. The procedure can minimize the appearance of scars, or restore an areola to a more natural looking color and shape. This service is offered free of charge to all cancer survivors. Referrals from surgeons are welcomed.
